Technology Refresh, Upgrade, and Decommissioning

NTSG can perform and support technology refresh, upgrade, and decommissioning initiatives for optical network technology. NTSG will engage with the technology provider, and coordinate with the customer to plan and develop schedules, receipt and deployment of replacement equipment, and the return of replaced and decommissioned equipment. Activities and tasks performed in support of these efforts will be in compliance with the technology vendors process and procedures, and coordinated with the customer or their agent.
