Product Recall

NTSG can handle and provide the logistical support for equipment recalls. NTSG will engage with the technology provider to receive the replacement equipment, and apply the required process and procedure for replacing the recalled equipment. NTSG will also work with the customer to coordinate and arrange for an appropriate maintenance window to perform the replacement activity. We will then return the replaced unit to the technology provider in compliance with the procedures they identified.
